Enquiry and booking form submissions are processed via Netlify Forms, a third-party service that stores form submissions securely. Netlify is GDPR-compliant. We access submissions through the Netlify dashboard and may download them to a secure device for operational purposes.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil your booking and for a reasonable period thereafter for business records (typically no longer than 2 years).

Our website does not currently use tracking or analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or any other behavioural tracking technology. The WhatsApp widget (WhatsForm) may set a functional cookie to display the chat button — this is strictly necessary for the feature to operate.
